We cannot accept walk-in registrations at this time. Confirmation Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a receipt via email if an email address was provided. Otherwise, you will receive a receipt in the mail. Discounts SEASON MEMBERS – Save $10 on every MULTIPLE-WEEK CLASS when you purchase a Civic Theatre Season Membership. Discount applies to current season members and their immediate family only. Not valid with any other discounts. Please call the Education Office at (616)222-6653 for your season member discount code prior to registration. Summer Camps Early Registration - Opens March 18thEnrollment starts with Online registration on Monday, March 18,2013. Parents can register between March 19 - 25 to receive either $10 off tuition for a single camp OR 10% off camp tuition for multiple siblings. ScholarshipsNeed-based partial scholarships are available. Qualified applicants are served on a first come, first served basis. Application cannot guarantee a place in any class that has already filled to maximum enrollment. Please call the Education office to reserve a place in the desired class before submitting a scholarship application. A $20 deposit must be submitted with your scholarship application. Cancellations and Refunds We reserve the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment (enrollment is reviewed two weeks before first class meeting). Any class below minimum enrollment may be cancelled. Early registration helps avoid disappointment due to cancellation of classes. IF A CLASS IS CANCELED due to weather, we will schedule a make-up class, generally at the end of the normal class schedule. If class for an entire term is cancelled due to low enrollment or other issues, we will issue a full refund of your registration fees. IF A STUDENT DROPS A CLASS, we will offer a partial refund if received if we are notified within the appropriate time frame guidelines.
