NOTE: Purchasers of a 2013|14 Season Package may begin ordering tickets on August 5th by logging in to your member account. Tickets will become available to the general public on August 19th.

The Grand Rapids Civic Theatre Ticket Office is located in the northwest tower entrance of the theatre, on the corner of N Division Ave and Library Street. The Ticket Office is open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm for membership sales, ticket sales, and gift certificates. Lobby Box Office and Will Call
Our Lobby Box Office is located inside our main lobby on Library Street at Meijer Majestic Theatre entrance. The Lobby Box Office is open on performance dates from 5:00pm to curtain, and on Saturday & Sunday from 12:00pm to curtain. Please note that we cannot process ticket orders using Season Member Flex Passes at our Lobby Box Office. See below for information about exchanging Season Member Flex Passes.
Season Ticket Packages
When you purchase a season ticket package, you'll enjoy considerable savings over our regular ticket prices and have the advantage of ordering tickets before they go on sale to the general public. You choose the shows and how many tickets to use for each show. Purchase now and pick your shows when you are ready. Learn more about becoming a season member.
Season Ticket Vouchers may be exchanged for tickets to any public performance of any show through our online order processing service, through our Ticket Office, or by calling (888)695-0888. You will need your Member Number to complete the order. The Grand Rapids Civic Theatre Ticket Office is open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. Season ticket vouchers may not be exchanged for entrance to any special events or special performances.
Member Only Exchange Policy
For those who purchase a Season Ticket Package, exchanges will be made for the same show without charge. Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the ticketed performance. A $5.00 exchange fee applies to exchanges that are made without the minimum 48-hour notice. Ticket exchanges are handled through our Ticket Office only and tickets must be presented (in person or by mail) at time of exchange. Groups rates are available for parties of 15 or more. Tickets must be purchased in advance through our Main Office. For more information about group discounts, please call (616)222-6371.
Policies & Restrictions
Tickets ordered by phone through our Ticket Office will be made available at the Lobby Will Call unless requested to be mailed.
Wheelchair seating available if requested at the time of order. Free hearing assistance headsets and coil hearing loop are available by request at lobby box office prior to a performance.
